Fields of Operation
USQC provide consultation and certification of activities and persons related to (but not limited to) project, program, risk and Quality Management. These are managed from the company’s USA head office, with the operational activities being provided through USQC’s subsidiary offices.
USQC operate in accordance with the International Standards ISO/IEC 17065:2012, ISO/IEC 17024:2012and ISO/IEC 17021:2015.
Quality Policy
It is the aim of USQC to be the foremost certification body for project, program, risk and IT Service Management certification providing certification of training and consultancy providers, as well as providing examination material to certify individuals. It is our policy that all we do will be of the highest quality and that our operations are performed with the highest integrity, to ensure customer satisfaction.
We are fully committed not only to meeting the standards to which we are accredited, but to exceeding them through a continual process of monitoring all activities and introducing improvements wherever possible.
USQC Ethics and Standards Board
The certification provided by USQC is independent and open to all, without partiality. To ensure this, USQC has set up an Ethics and Standards Board which sits independently of the business management functions.
Its role is to provide, as an independent group, safeguards to ensure the independence and impartiality of the certification activities. To this end, it monitors all certification activities of USQC and may require USQC to make changes to safeguard independence and impartiality. Ultimately, if it has concerns which are not addressed, it may inform organizations which have accredited USQC, of its concerns.
